Tell us which screen you see and the error message. Regular sign-in uses an email link; App Review sign-in uses its assigned email and password directly with Firebase. Do not include sign-in emails, links, passwords or verification codes in a support request.
Include what you were trying to do, the approximate time and your app version if available. Remove other people’s personal details from screenshots.
Use Safety in a matched ride’s chat to report or block someone. You can also email the ride details to Jeff. Read the community rules.
Read the privacy policy or contact us about how your information is handled.
Delete your account under Profile → Account & safety, or follow the account deletion instructions for help by email.
